Ciao – sono Stefania! I’m a native New Yorker and Italian dual-citizen with a deep love of the Italian language and culture. While I call Manhattan my home, I’ve studied and lived in both Firenze e Milano – and spend half my time in Italia. La mia famiglia is from southern Italy, but I’ve traveled all throughout the boot over the years. I hope to help uncover a side of the country that the locals see, places and paths less-traveled, and provide you with the most useful bits of language that will help you experience Italy like a native, wherever you go.
STEPHANIE SICA
Buongiorno! Sono Angie. I was born and raised in Sicilia, and after many years of living in Spain, I returned to my home city of Catania. I speak Italian, Spanish, and English – and currently work as both an Italian and Spanish language teacher online and in the local school system. I have always loved languages, and connecting with others through that medium. I’ve traveled all over the world, but hope to share a unique perspective of my beautiful home country and culture of l’Italia with you.
